Content of the report:

The Management Board of Atrem S.A. (hereinafter also referred to as the Issuer) hereby informs, with reference to the current report No. 21/2024 of 09 September 2024, that today, i.e. 31 October 2024, it concluded as a contractor with Enea Operator Sp. z o.o. Oddział Dystrybucji Bydgoszcz (hereinafter referred to as the Principal), a contract for the implementation of the task entitled "Stacja 110/15 Przechowo comprehensive modernisation of 110 kV switchgear" carried out in the "design and build" mode.
The Issuer's remuneration under the Contract amounts to PLN 12,820,000.00 net.

The Parties agreed in the Contract that the deadline for completion of the works is 21 months from the date of conclusion of the Contract.

Pursuant to the Agreement, the total amount of contractual penalties charged by either party may not exceed 20% of the gross contract price.

The provisions of the Agreement do not deviate from standard provisions in this type of agreements.
