Conclusion of an addendum to the agreement with Porr S.A. for the execution of part of the teletechnical installations by the Issuer, change of revenue estimate for 2023

The Management Board of ATREM S.A. _the "Issuer" or the "Company"_ announces that, in connection with the completion of the internal process of settling the financial result for 2023, it has become aware of the following preliminary financial results for 2023:
Revenue from sales 142.4 million PLN
EBIT 8.7 million PLN
Gross profit 7.8 million PLN

The Company's revenue achieved in the fourth quarter of 2023 was 60 % higher than the average revenue of the first three quarters of 2023. With an almost linear increase in general and administrative expenses and selling costs in the fourth quarter, the Company achieved a significant increase in profitability at the EBIT level. Consequently, the estimated profitability at the EBIT level reached 6.2% for the whole of 2023.

The results of the fourth quarter are the effect of the commencement of the implementation phase of several contracts of significant amount concluded by ATREM S.A. in previous periods.

The presented data were prepared on the basis of data available, at the time of publication of these preliminary financial results by the Issuer's Management Board, from accounting systems, management data and estimates of contract revenue settlement. The data presented do not include the effect of possible settlements of ongoing discussions on the final settlement of _valorisation_ of certain contracts.
The data are estimates and may be subject to change as a result of further work on the financial statements for 2023 and, in particular, as a result of the audit of the financial statements by the selected Auditor.

The final results will be presented in the Company's annual report, which will be published on 22.03.2024.
