Selection of the Issuer's offer by ENERGA-OPERATOR S.A. for the execution of the task entitled: Rebuilding the transformer station 110/15 kV GPZ Białogard

Content of the report:

The Management Board of Atrem S.A. (hereinafter also referred to as the Issuer) hereby informs that today, i.e. on 02 October 2024, it received information on the selection of the Issuer's offer made by ENERGA-OPERATOR S.A. Branch in Koszalin (hereinafter referred to as the Ordering Party) in the proceedings for the award of a public procurement contract for the expansion and reconstruction of the 110/15kV GPZ Białogard substation in the scope of primary and secondary circuits of the 110 kV switchgear along with the accompanying infrastructure (a new control room building along with the 15kV switchgear), cabling of 15 kV bridges from the power transformers, adjustment of the positions of own needs and the purchase and installation of power transformers - 25MVA*2.

The remuneration of the Issuer included in the offer amounts to PLN 44,016,780 gross.
The Issuer will inform about the conclusion of the Agreement with the Ordering Party, defining the detailed scope of the Issuer's obligations, in a separate report.

The Issuer's offer was already selected once as part of the tender procedure for the aforementioned task, of which the Issuer informed in current report No. 18/2024 of 21.08.2024. However, at that time the Contracting Authority annulled the decision to select the Issuer's offer, of which the Issuer informed in current report No. 19/2024 dated 06.09.2024. Thus, this information concerns the re-selection of the Issuer's offer for the task in question.
