ATREM S.A. with its seat in Bydgoszcz _hereinafter "the Company"_ informs that today, i.e. July 26, 2024. The Management Board of the Company has received a statement of Mr Sławomir Winiecki on his resignation from the position in the Supervisory Board of the Company as of 29 July 2024. Mr Sławomir Winiecki did not indicate the reasons for his resignation.
