Content of the report:

The Management Board of Atrem S.A. (hereinafter also referred to as the Issuer) hereby informs that today, i.e. on 31 October 2024, it received information on the selection by ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o. Szczecin Distribution Branch (hereinafter referred to as the Principal) of the offer made by the Consortium with the participation of the Issuer as the Leader of the Consortium, consisting of: Atrem S.A. - Consortium Leader, ZILINSKIS Sp. z o.o. - Consortium Partner, EL PROFESSIONAL Sp. z o.o. - Consortium Partner, in a procedure for the award of a contract for the task entitled: "Construction of 110/15 kV Gdańsk substation at EC Szczecin".
The remuneration for the Consortium specified in the offer amounts to PLN 110,800,000.00 gross. The value of the Issuer's works included in the Consortium's offer amounts to PLN 58,291,300.00 gross.

In the event of concluding a Consortium Agreement with the Ordering Party, defining the detailed scope of the Consortium's obligations, the Issuer will inform about this fact in a separate report.
