Content of the report:

The Management Board of Atrem S.A. (hereinafter also referred to as the Issuer) hereby informs that today, i.e. September 09, 2024. received information on the selection by Enea Operator Sp. z o.o. Distribution Branch Bydgoszcz (hereinafter referred to as the Principal) of the Issuer's offer in the proceedings for the award of a contract for the implementation of the task entitled "Stacja 110/15 Przechowo comprehensive modernisation of 110 kV switching station"

The remuneration for the Issuer included in the Issuer's offer amounts to PLN 12,820,000.00 net.

In the event that an Agreement is concluded with the Ordering Party, specifying the detailed scope of the Issuer's obligations, the Issuer will announce this fact in a separate report.

Legal basis: Article 17(1) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC, 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC.
