Resignation of a Supervisory Board Member and nomination of candidates for the Issuer's Supervisory Board

The Management Board of ATREM S.A. with its seat in Bydgoszcz (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") informs that today, i.e. 29 May 2024, the Management Board of the Company has received a statement of Mr Tomasz Jankowski on his intention not to stand as a candidate to the Supervisory Board of the Company for its new term of office and his resignation from the position in the Supervisory Board of the Company as of the date of the next General Meeting of the Company. Mr Tomasz Jankowski did not indicate the reasons for his resignation.

In connection with the 16th item of the agenda of the forthcoming Ordinary General Meeting of the Company convened for 10 June 2024, a shareholder of the company Grupa Kapitałowa IMMOBILE S.A. proposed today the candidacy of Mr Stanisław Krukar to the Supervisory Board of the Company, who agreed to be a candidate. Information on the candidate's education and professional experience is attached as an appendix to this report.

In addition, in connection with the expiry of the term of office of the Company's Supervisory Board, the declarations of intent to stand for another term of office were submitted by the current members of the Company's Supervisory Board - Mr Dariusz Skrocki, Mr Rafał Jerzy, Mr Piotr Fortuna and Mr Rafał Płókarz.
