The Management Board of Atrem S.A. (hereinafter also referred to as the Issuer) announces that on 16 May 2025. The Issuer concluded an agreement with ORLEN S.A. for "Modernisation of the BWR3 power system in the area of OPR-R58a and OPR-R58b_ EPC switchgears".

The subject of the Agreement is the implementation of the Investment in the scope of execution of the design documentation, performance of author's supervision for the Task, obtaining necessary decisions, completion of all deliveries, execution of construction and assembly works together with provision of qualified personnel as well as performance of tests and examinations upon completion of the works.

The remuneration included in the offer is PLN 26,076,000 gross.

Completion of the works is planned for April 2028.
