Conclusion of agreements with Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A.

Content of the report:

The Management Board of Atrem S.A. (hereinafter also referred to as the Issuer), with reference to the current report No. 18/2025 of 16 April 2025, informs that on 21.05.2025. The Issuer concluded an agreement with Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A., in a public procurement procedure, for the execution of the task entitled: Modernisations of measurement and settlement systems of JWCD and general needs of power plants.
The Issuer's gross remuneration amounts to PLN 13,708,350.00.
The parties agreed in the Agreement that the deadline for completion of the works is 30 months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement.
The total aggregate liability of the Issuer under all contractual penalties reserved in the Agreement is limited to the equivalent of 20% of the remuneration.

Furthermore, the Issuer informs that on 23.05.2025 it concluded with Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A. agreement, in the public procurement procedure for the extension and modernisation of the Technical Protection System for LV substation Stage X (SE Płock).
The Issuer's remuneration amounts to PLN 9,429,180.00 gross.
The Parties agreed in the Agreement that the deadline for completion of the works is 24 months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement.
The total aggregate liability of the Issuer for all contractual penalties reserved in the Agreement is limited to the equivalent of 20% of the remuneration.
