Receipt of information on the selection of the offer made by the Consortium with the participation of Atrem S.A. by Wojskowy Zarząd Infrastruktury in Poznań for the execution of the task entitled: Task 55182 "Construction of the security system of the complex to the binding

Content of the report:

the Management Board of Atrem S.A. (hereinafter also referred to as the Issuer) hereby informs that today, i.e. on 16 April 2025, it received information on the selection by Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Principal) of the Issuer's offer in the public procurement procedure for the extension and modernisation of the Technical Protection System for LV substations - Stage X (SE Płock). The Issuer's remuneration included in the offer in this tender is PLN 9,429,180.00 gross.

Furthermore, the Issuer announces that yesterday, i.e. 15 April 2025, it received information that the Ordering Party selected the Issuer's offer in the public procurement procedure for the task entitled: 'Modernisation of metering and billing systems of JWCD and general needs of the power plant'. The remuneration included in the Issuer's offer in this tender is PLN 13 708 350.00 gross.

The Issuer will inform in a separate report in the event that agreements between the Issuer and the Ordering Party concerning the tasks referred to in this communication are not concluded.
