The Management Board of Atrem S.A. ("Issuer"), announces that today it received a decision of the District Court in Bydgoszcz, 13th Economic Division of the National Court Register on making an entry in the register of entrepreneurs on 04 July 2025 concerning an amendment to the Company's Articles of Association concerning a change in point j) in paragraph 24, section 2 of the Articles of Association.

The new content of this item reads:

The competence of the Supervisory Board includes:

(j) the selection and change of the auditor who audits the Company's financial statements and the selection and change of the auditing firm for the attestation of sustainability reporting,

The above amendment to the Articles of Association was introduced as a result of Resolution No. 27 of the Annual General Meeting of the Company of 27 June 2025.

The consolidated text of the Company's Articles of Association incorporating the above amendment is attached hereto.
