Resignation from the Supervisory Board and candidacy for the Issuer's Supervisory Board

aTREM S.A. with its registered seat in Bydgoszcz (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") announces that today, i.e. 23 October 2025, it has received a statement of Mr Rafał Płókarz on his resignation from the position in the Supervisory Board of the Company as of 31 October 2025. Mr Rafał Płókarz did not indicate the reasons for his resignation.

In connection with the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company convened for 31 October 2025. In connection with the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company convened for 31 October 2025, a shareholder of the Company Grupa Kapitałowa IMMOBILE S.A. put forward Mr Marcin Marczuk as a candidate to the Supervisory Board of the Company, who agreed to stand as a candidate.
