Jakub Modrzejewski
A legal adviser and graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, from which he graduated with distinction. He specialises in corporate governance, company law and capital markets law. Co-author of *Good Practices for Companies Listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange 2021*.
Between 2023 and 2024, he served as Director of the Corporate Governance and Synergy Department at the PKO Bank Polski Group; prior to that, he held positions including with PKN ORLEN as Director of the Capital Group Office, with the Prime Minister’s Office as Deputy Director of the State Treasury Department, and with the Ministry of Development as Director of the Department of Supervised and Subordinate Entities. Prior to that, he also worked as a legal adviser at PKO Bank Polski and as a specialist in the legal department of companies within the Pioneer Pekao Group.
He has extensive experience on supervisory boards. He is also involved in organisational and community activities. He is Chairman of the Board of the Association of Owners of Rooms at the Lake Hill Mazury Hotel, a member of the Association of Independent Supervisory Board Members, and from 2023 to 2025 he was a member of the Advocacy Committee of the European Confederation of Directors’ Associations (ecoDa).
An independent member within the meaning of capital market regulations and the Act on Statutory Auditors.
Piotr Fortuna
Graduate of the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń and the Gdańsk Academy of Banking. In 1992-2006, he worked in corporate banking (Bank Gdański S.A., Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A., BZ WBK S.A.). Associated with the IMMOBILE S.A. Capital Group since 2007. He coordinated the process of introducing the Company's shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Since 2011, the Financial Director of the IMMOBILE S.A. Capital Group.
