Born in 1972, he is a civil engineer by profession, a graduate of the Poznan University of Technology and the Technical University of Aalborg in Denmark. In 2007, he obtained an MBA degree from the Poznań University of Economics, in cooperation with Georgia State University, Atlanta. In 2010, he completed the Strategies Leadership Academy programme, organised by ICAN INSTITUTE. He has been involved in the construction industry since the beginning of his career. In the period from 1997 to 2015. he worked for the Budimex Group, where he held the position of District Director from 2002. Since 2008. Director of the General Construction West Branch. In 2011, he took up the position of Director of Construction, creating the Energy and Industrial Construction Division. He was also a Member of the Executive Committee of Budimex S.A. and a Proxy of the company. In the period from 16.11.2015 to 19.04.2018, Mr Andrzej Goławski was the President of the Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. He also served as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board in the companies Mostostal Płock S.A., Mostostal Kielce S.A. and AMK Kraków S.A. In 2018-2019, Mr Andrzej Goławski served as Vice President of Projprzem Makrum S.A. and as a proxy in Projprzem Budownictwo sp. z o. o.

Graduate of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Poznań University of Technology. He also completed postgraduate studies in "Business Strategy and Planning" at the Poznań University of Economics (now the Poznań University of Economics). He has been trained as an internal auditor in a company and in an integrated management system including the requirements of the PN-EN-ISO 9001:2000, PN-EN-ISO 14001:2004, PN-N 18001:2005 standards, NATO requirements for risk management and quality assurance and configuration management, as well as training workshops on effective project management. He holds building qualifications for directing construction works without limitations in the field of installation in the scope of networks, installations and electrical and electrical power engineering devices, as well as qualification certificates authorising him to deal with the operation of devices, installations and networks in the position of operation and supervision for groups 1, 2 and 3, and mining qualifications as a person of lower traffic supervision with technical construction specialisation and medium traffic supervision with electrical specialisation. He started his professional career in 1994 at Energetyka Poznańska in Zakład Usług Energetycznych in Szamotuły. Between 1999 and 2001, he worked for Wavin Metalplast in Buk. Since 2001, he has been associated with Atrem, where he became the Head of the Performance Department and later the Technical Director. Subsequently, he became a Group Plenipotentiary. He assumed the position of Member of Atrem's Management Board on 1 April 2010. In 2015, he was conferred the rank of 'Mining Director Level III'.

Master of Science in Civil Engineering, graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Poznań University of Technology. He completed the Management Programme - ICAN INSTITUTE, as well as the Global Management Programme - ESADE Business School Madrid and the Leadership Development Programme - Oxford Leadership Academy. Since 1999, he has held building qualifications to direct construction works without limitations in the construction and building specialisation. Throughout his career he has been involved in the construction industry. From 1997 to 2015 he worked for the BUDIMEX Group , where from 2006 to 2010 he held the position of District Director , and later (2010 - 2015) Branch Director and Operations Director. From October 2015 to April 2017, he was employed by the POLIMEX - MOSTOSTAL S.A. Group as Branch Director. From May 2017 to June 2018, he was associated with MOSTOSTAL WARSZAWA S.A., where he managed volume construction in the position of Director of the General Construction Area. From October 2018 to March 2023, he was associated with DOM DEVELOPMENT Group in the position of Director of DOM CONSTRUCTION. From February 2021 to February 2022, he served as Member of the Management Board of DOM CONSTRUCTION Sp. z o.o.
