How can I buy Atrem S.A. shares?
If you do not already have an investment account, you will need to open one with the brokerage of your choice. Once your account is set up and funded, you can start placing orders, i.e. buying and selling shares in your chosen company.
Can I buy shares directly from the company?
No, the company is listed on a regulated market and, therefore, shares can only be purchased through brokerage houses. The company does not and cannot conduct direct sales outside the market.
On which stock exchanges and since when has Atrem been listed?
Atrem has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2008.
Are there currently any preference shares?
No, the company has no preference shares.
Does the company pay a dividend?
Over the last decade, Atrem has paid out almost PLN 10 million in dividends, including over PLN 6 million in the record-breaking year of 2022.

Atrem operates in two segments: automation and power engineering. These segments also include contracts related to renewable energy sources and the gas industry.
What are Atrem's competitive advantages?
The company's extensive experience in energy and gas projects is difficult to assess in the long term as anything but positive – investment needs remain significant. These stem from changes in the energy mix, the need to invest in renewable energy development, and the modernization of industrial, transmission, and distribution infrastructure.
Atrem also leverages its competitive advantages in the automation sector. The company possesses specialized expertise, credentials, and security clearances, allowing it to work on niche projects, including those for the military industry. The fact that it remains a Polish company is also significant, further underscored by its listing on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
What are the most interesting projects in Atrem's portfolio?
The company's portfolio is currently very extensive and includes numerous projects that are both economically significant and interesting for the country. These include: work on the expansion of the Odolanów Gas Compressor Station, part of the Baltic Pipe project; implementation as a consortium leader of the Enigma Cipher Center in Poznań; and numerous contracts in the energy sector for companies such as Enea and PGE Dystrybucja.
Among the current investments, stand out contracts include a contract with the Warsaw Metro (Metro Warszawskie) for the implementation of tunnel protection systems; a contract with Polish Waters (Wody Polskie) for hydrological measurement, control, and telecommunications systems for hydrotechnical facilities; and a record-breaking contract for the expansion of the Orlen plant.
What benefits does Atrem derive from being part of the IMMOBILE Capital Group?
The company intends to leverage the potential it has within this conglomerate, optimizing costs and leveraging available synergies. Atrem has been part of the IMMOBILE Capital Group since April 2021.
GENERAL MEETINGS OF SHAREHOLDERS
When are the company's general meetings held?
The Company's Annual General Meetings, like those of most companies listed on the WSE, have been held every year in June for many years. In addition, the company convenes Extraordinary General Meetings whenever there is a need for a majority of shareholders to take a decision that is important to the company.
What is being done at the AGM?
At the Annual General Meetings (AGM), decisions such as the approval of the company's reports (financial, management, supervisory board, etc.) or the discharge of the members of the management and supervisory boards are taken annually. In addition, at AGMs, as well as extraordinary AGMs, the assembled shareholders vote on important issues for the company.
How can I register for the Atrem AGM? Does it cost anything?
Once the shareholder has been informed that a new General Meeting has been convened, he or she should contact the brokerage house that maintains his or her account and submit an instruction to register for the AGM. This can be done in person, by telephone or, in some institutions, online via an application. The cost of registration depends on the price list of the brokerage house in question, usually PLN 30-50.

At what frequency/when does the company release financial statements?
The Company publishes annual, half-yearly and quarterly reports (for Q1 and Q3). The exact publication schedule can be found in the Calendar section.
Where can I find the financial statements or listen to a discussion of them?
The company's financial statements are published immediately on the website in the Interim Reports section. Press releases summarising the results are published in the News section, and discussions in video form are available on the YouTube channel 'GK_IMMOBILE'.
